ABOUT ASHLEY
Ashley began his filmmaking career on movie sets in Hollywood, but found his true calling in 2010 when he made a film about missionaries in the Philippines. Since starting Missionary Films in 2011, he has produced 1000’s of ministry videos and worked with 100’s of ministries across more than 25 countries.
Today, Ashley doesn’t just make films—he builds teams. He helps ministries solve their communication bottlenecks by training media teams on how to produce videos that mobilize supporters to go, give, and pray.
Whether acting as an advisor, a trainer, or a Fractional Chief Video Officer (CVO), Ashley knows how to manage creative people, build functional production systems, and inspire video teams to align their art with your organization’s higher purpose.

A Fractional CVO acts as an executive-level manager for your media team on a part-time, retained basis. We take the burden of creative management off the founder’s shoulders. We handle the systems, care for the creative personalities, inspire the team, and ensure that the videos being made are actually moving the needle for the ministry.
Do you train teams internationally?
Yes! While our primary training can be conducted virtually via webinars and Zoom cohorts, we also have extensive experience traveling to the field (over 25 countries) and can consult on how your team handles international media trips.
