Young Life Greater Los Angeles – Growing up LA
Alan, Regional Director for Los Angeles Young Life, called and said he wanted to do something different than the standard docu-promo video. Then he told me his idea of interviewing teens and having them share what life is like growing up in L.A. And how Young Life leaders are reaching those teens and their families. I was pumped. He wanted to use this video in a sit down lunch to show the realities of what growing up in L.A. is like, to a group of new supporters.

So we took some time to plan, I booked the flights, then spent 5 days filming all around the city. Then after spending a week in editing, that video became a reality. Alan now has what he was dreaming of: a video, from the voice of kids, of what life is like growing up in LA and how Young Life is making a difference. Enjoy the video!
